    Can’t find this on Amazon. Are you sure you got the title?

    I think I can use this in a post this week if I can track down the bib right away.

      The publisher still doesn’t have it listed on their site. (It should be volume 22.)

      I only have it because I bought the display copy—which Peeters didn’t even realize it had—at SBL.
